Pakistan Bags 10 Awards at APICTA 2024 Tech Talks Pakiatan

Pakistan wins 10 awards at the Oscar of regional countries-Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards 2024.

Pakistani companies have not won any gold award but several runners-up people choice and merit awards out of 20 innovative projects submitted to the APICTA jury committee.

APICTA is comprised of 16 member economies, namely Australia, Bangladesh, China, Brunei, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Macao, Myanmar, Malaysia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Pakistan and Vietnam. APICTA awards are considered to be one of the most prestigious international awards which recognize and promote technological innovation and excellence across the Asia-Pacific region.

Pakistani Participants- including IT companies start ups and academic institutions would demonstrate their innovative projects in the various categories, which will reflect the great potential and creativity of Pakistan's tech industry.

This year, three Pakistanis were a part of the jury or selection committee, including Badar Khush nood, Dr Shoab Ahmed Khan and Muhammad Zohaib Ahmed Khan (Head of Jury), who were all former chairman of P@SHA.
